• Engage stakeholders in collaborative discussions to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to gather precise and comprehensive business requirements.
• Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare Expression of Interest (EOI), Tender Proposals, and other relevant documentation required for business opportunities.
• Create detailed business process models, workflow diagrams, and visual aids to clearly communicate both current and proposed solutions.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams such as developers, designers, and project managers to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical teams for solution implementation.
• Develop and update documentation including business requirements documents, user manuals, and training materials.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and process improvement.
