Responsibilities & Context

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify key insights.
  • Data Analysis: Present clear, actionable insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Pitch Decks: Create compelling pitch decks to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop strategies to boost sales, improve brand image, and increase market share.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to support product launches and optimize store operations.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the company's mission, vision, and services.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute content (both written and verbal) across platforms.
  • Spokesperson Role: Manage external relations and act as the company spokesperson when necessary.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate with departments to ensure consistency and alignment in internal communication.
  • Investor and PR Management: Plan and oversee investor relations, PR events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Crisis Communication: Handle crisis communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any issues.
  • Branding Consistency: Maintain and enforce company branding and project guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide insightful reports to senior management.
