Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall business performance.
Build and manage reusable Excel models using PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and macros to support ad hoc analysis and forecasting.
Translate business questions into clear data requirements and deliver consistent, actionable analyses for operations, sales, and finance teams.
Collaborate closely with freight forwarding and logistics teams to validate data, interpret operational metrics, and recommend practical process improvements.
Prepare clear presentations and concise written insights for non-technical stakeholders and mid-level management.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks that can be enhanced through analytics or simple scripting.
