  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, Technical Sales, IT Marketing, and IT-enabled services.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant products and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think critically, meet goals, work under pressure, and demonstrate motivation and ambition.
  • Positive Mindset, High energy level, technical skills, attention to detail.
  • Should be honest & religious.
  • Be Smart, presentable & good approach.
  • Good understanding of software services.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Hunting new prospects and customers.
  • Use networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods to identify and approach potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Create new market segments to boost revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Skilled in Presentation, arranging meetings, and hunting requirements from existing clients and potential clients for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify needs for current and future services/solutions.
  • Develop and grow a portfolio.
  • Offer after-sales support tailored to client needs and feedback.
  • Client negotiation for sales and service contracts, managing proper documentation and renewals.
  • Monitor sales targets and record performance metrics.
  • Analyze industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Provide reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to the team leader.
  • Work with the team to align sales strategies and ensure regular updates on knowledge.
