Education


  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements


  • English Proficiency: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Property Preservation or the BPO industry is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently; candidates with at least six months of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome: Freshers with a strong skill set are encouraged to apply.
  • Education Background: Candidates from English medium schools or with a high IELTS score will have an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service, ensuring all projects meet client requirements and are completed on time.
  • Ownership and Decision-Making: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and make sound financial decisions to achieve project goals.
  • Project Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate to ensure seamless completion of field operations.
  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong management skills and adaptability.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead efforts to secure contracts with new clients.
  • Overseas Project Operation: Manage and oversee projects in the USA, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Work Hours: Full-time night shift role from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
