  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead Management: Possesses prior knowledge and experience in lead acquisition, conversion, and maintaining a structured sales funnel.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and sustaining client relationships while tracking progress through the sales funnel.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the designated division as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Resilience: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients to drive business growth. Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value of solutions and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and corporate partners to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and communication materials related to client interactions and sales progress.
  • Lead Conversion: Onboard leads and successfully convert them into active clients by facilitating the start of services.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements and seamless service delivery.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
