  • Handle all inquiries efficiently and courteously, whether received by phone, email, internet, bank, or in person.
  • Create and maintain a customer sales database, updating and following up regularly as needed.
  • Schedule client meetings and, if necessary, attend them with the sales team.
  • Manage the brand's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others as required.
  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the business's sales process.
  • Demonstrate software products and deliver presentations to clients when needed.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of products and services to customers, maximizing their software usage through phone or in-person interactions.
