Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Marketing
  • Bachelor/Honors, in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Masters, in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Additional Requirements


  • Strong understanding of IT and software development services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the software outsourcing industry, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on closing deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural and business contexts.
  • Experience selling HR and ERP-related web applications.
  • Ability to market and sell innovative new products.

Responsibilities & Context

Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can sale and promote our products and services.

  • Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities in Bangladesh and global markets for IT and software development services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT and software industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
