The role involves supervising a team of Relationship Officers/Executives (RO/RE) and ensuring the successful sourcing, assessment, and management of CMSE loan proposals while maintaining portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and provide guidance to 10–12 Relationship Officers/Executives (RO/RE).
Source, visit, assess, and make recommendations for CMSE loan proposals.
Ensure proper KYC, customer due diligence, credit assessment, and documentation.
Monitor client business performance and portfolio quality regularly.
Support ROs/REs in sourcing high-quality customers and resolving operational challenges.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure timely recovery.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal credit policies, and CMSE guidelines.
Submit regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and progress reports to the Territory Manager.
Demonstrate a proven track record in a supervisory or team leadership role.
