Business Development Manager — Forex / CFD (Bangladesh)

About us: BM Zenith Investment Limited is a Cyprus investment firm authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), CIF licence no. 445/24. We provide forex and CFD brokerage services to clients internationally through bmzenithmarket.com. We are expanding our partner network in Bangladesh and are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead that growth.

The role: Identify, recruit and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners in Bangladesh; Build and manage your own partner portfolio and sales pipeline; Support partners with onboarding, activation and ongoing growth; Represent the company in the local market and report on competitor activity.

What we offer — commission structure: 4% base commission on your own qualifying business; Hit your agreed monthly target and your rate rises to 7% for that month, applied to all your eligible business in the month; Meet your first target and we retain you on a full salary; Build a team: 0.5% override on the qualifying business of BDs and IBs you recruit directly, rising to 1% when they hit their targets; Bangladesh sits in our highest geographic incentive tier (markets outside Africa); Remote work with a regulated European brokerage; Marketing support, partner tools and a dedicated point of contact.

Requirements: Based in Bangladesh; Experience is a must — minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience in forex, CFD, fintech or financial services, with a proven track record. This is not an entry-level role; An existing network of IBs, affiliates or active traders is a strong advantage; Fluent English and Bengali; Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
