Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
Experience in customer care, client management, and portfolio account management.
Background in sales roles, sales operations, or sales advertising.
Experience engaging with clients and accounts, while driving new business acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
3–8 years of experience in customer care, sales operations, advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
2–5 years of experience in developing sales strategies, coaching, mentoring, and delivering strategic business goals.
Experience in US advertising, sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media-specific industries.
Ability to maintain consistent focus on business areas that drive sustained growth.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Must provide clean drug test results.
Position is with a US-based company and requires night shift working hours.
Availability to work Saturdays as required.

As a Business Development and Customer Care Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving business growth for Boston Appraisal Services. You will engage with a variety of end-customers and organizations in the US real estate market, including banks, law offices, accounting firms, and more.
In this role, you will oversee customer care, new business acquisition, and ensure optimal service delivery for each customer account. You will also contribute to the customer acquisition strategy for a portion of the United States and collaborate as part of a leadership team focused on growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and support a customer care and business development sales team to achieve business growth, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
