Event Management:
Plan and execute events at the food court to increase foot traffic and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Promotional Campaigns:
Lead promotional initiatives to showcase new offerings and boost customer engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain key customer segments.
Customer Engagement:
Create and manage loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat visits and build customer loyalty.
Interact with customers to gather feedback and improve their experience.
Social Media & Marketing:
Oversee social media campaigns to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
