Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify target markets, set clear goals, and create detailed sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strategic networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Conduct engaging client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of the company’s tech solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, track progress against goals, and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to derive actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices for business growth and client engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
