Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify target markets, set clear goals, and create detailed sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to refine and adjust sales tactics.
  • Lead initiatives to acquire new clients through prospecting, lead generation, and strategic networking efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations, effectively communicating the company’s tech solutions' value proposition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, track progress toward targets, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales metrics to provide actionable insights and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and optimize the overall customer journey.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices for business growth and client engagement.
