Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market presence and increase sales coverage.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve dealer sales targets, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Track and analyze the performance of dealers and the sales team, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.
- Conduct field visits to construction sites, distributors, and contractors to promote and sell products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to track progress and performance.
- Gather market insights, monitor competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
