About the Project
Best Buy, a multi-category retail chain under RFL Group, is seeking dynamic and skilled business operations managers to lead its new initiatives.
Ready Food / Fast Food Corners – providing fresh, hygienic, and quick meals for showroom visitors.
Photo Studios – offering professional photography, printing, and framing services similar to popular studios across Bangladesh.
We are looking for operations professionals to establish and oversee these services, ensuring efficient operations and an excellent customer experience.
Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
🔹 Ready Food Corner Operations
Plan and launch food corners across multiple showrooms.
Oversee day-to-day operations, food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen teams, and showroom staff.
Monitor inventory, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Train in-store staff and implement standard operating procedures.
🔹 Photo Studio Operations
Set up and manage in-store photography studios.
Capture professional-quality photos (passport, portraits, events).
Handle printing and framing of photographs.
Maintain equipment and manage workflow for smooth studio operations.
Work with marketing and sales teams to promote services.
Requirements (For Both Roles)
Prior experience in food service/café/QSR management (Ready Food) or photography, studio operations, printing, and framing (Photo Studio).
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage operations across multiple showroom outlets.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving abilities.
