Responsibilities & Context

As a Business Specialist at Inflack, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business development, refining business processes, and integrating technology. Your responsibilities will involve communicating with local and international businesses to showcase how our solutions and products address their challenges. This role demands an innovative, analytical mindset with a strong focus on client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, ideation, and excellent documentation skills. Effective listening, presentation (a must), and communication abilities.


  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for improvement within enterprise systems and the IT/technology operating environment.
  • Communicating with the businesses/organizations regularly
  • Presenting the product/solution to probable business clients
  • Bridging with technical team about the client’s problems with proper documentation
  • Monitoring and evaluate product progress, recommending improvements.
  • Oversee the project/product life cycle and raise potential issues.
