Office Timing: 10 AM – 8 PM
Candidates will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients interested in studying abroad.
Carefully listen to students’ questions, ask appropriate follow-up questions to understand their needs, and provide clear, accurate details about study abroad options, admission procedures, and available services.
Actively promote and sell the company’s study abroad services to potential students.
Support students in opening files and starting their application process.
Keep accurate call logs and regularly update the CRM/database with relevant client details.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students to track progress and keep them engaged.
Offer tailored guidance to meet each student’s expectations while following company policies.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and positive tone, and coordinate with the counseling/admissions team to ensure smooth processing and overall client satisfaction.
