The Call Center Representative will play a key role in providing accurate information and support to students who are planning and preparing to study abroad. This position focuses on effective communication, client engagement, and promoting the company’s study-abroad services.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with prospective students interested in studying abroad.
Listen attentively to student inquiries, ask relevant questions, and clearly understand their study-abroad goals and requirements.
Provide accurate and detailed information about study abroad programs, admission procedures, and company services.
Promote and sell the company’s study-abroad support services to potential clients.
Assist students in opening files and initiating the application process.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database with relevant client information.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure progress and sustained engagement.
Offer personalized solutions aligned with student expectations and company guidelines.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional, positive, and supportive attitude during all communications.
Coordinate closely with the counseling and admissions team to ensure smooth case handling and client satisfaction.
