Position: Call Center Representative
We are seeking a Call Center Representative with strong phone and verbal communication skills in English and excellent active listening abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow predefined communication scripts during calls.
Provide customers with detailed information about services, features, and pricing.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and schedule appointments.
Identify customer needs and clarify information effectively.
Maintain communication with clients via Email and Skype.
