কল সেন্টার এক্সিকিউটিভ (ফিমেল)- জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ করা হবে।
o কাস্টমারের ফোন কল গ্রহণ করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য বা সহায়তা প্রদান।
o ক্লায়েন্ট বা গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্যের তথ্য প্রদান করা।
o সাব-স্টেশন, ট্রান্সফার, এল.টি./এইচ.টি. প্যানেল, সোলার সিস্টেম ইত্যাদি
সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ও পরিমাপ কাস্টমারদের জানানো।
o কাস্টমারের উত্তর এবং সঠিক পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।
o গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ গ্রহণ ও তা সমাধানের চেষ্টা
o কল সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও কাস্টমারের বিস্তারিত তথ্য ডাইরীতে নোট করা।
o ফেসবুক, ওয়েবসাইট বা মেসেঞ্জারে আগত প্রশ্ন ও মেসেজ উত্তর দেওয়া।
o কাস্টমারদের সাথে নম্র ও ভালো ব্যবহার করা।
o অফিসের নিয়ম, সময়ানুবর্তিতা পালন করা।
o নূন্যতম ০২ (দুই) বছর চাকুরী করার মনমানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
যোগ্যতা (সংযুক্তি):
• নূনতম বিবিএ পাশ।
• কম্পিউটার ও মাইক্রোসফট অফিস প্রাথমিক তথ্য।
• সুন্দরভাবে কথাবার্তা অভ্যাস ও পরিষ্কার উচ্চারণ।
বেতনঃ ১২,০০০+ সেলস্ কমিশন। অন্যান্য সুযোগ সুবিধা আলোচনা সাপেক্ষ্যে।
