Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls from patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, while providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling registration processes accurately and efficiently.
Offering up-to-date information about hospital services, facilities, and policies to callers.
Directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
Maintaining accurate call documentation and comprehensive call logs.
Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve patient concerns.
Following call center protocols and standards to ensure high-quality service.
Handling sensitive and confidential patient information with the highest level of professionalism.
Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development to continually improve skills and knowledge.
