  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

  • 3 Year to 2 Year

Additional Requirements


  • 1 to 3 years
  • Experience in telecommunications or bank call centers is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a call center is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the willingness to work long hours and be available at any time of day.
  • Confident in taking on challenges and meeting KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work late hours and overnight shifts at least 3 days a week.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, with proper accent and clarity.
  • Good computer skills and proficient typing ability.
  • Strong reading and writing skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Applicants should be smart, energetic, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Must be capable of handling challenging situations while managing a team.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to drive team development.
  • Ensure quality control of the team's daily tasks and calls.
  • Monitor team performance, manage daily tasks, reporting, discipline, and provide training when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM software for daily reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver service-oriented and result-focused performance.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise and manage designated teams, providing training and quality control.
  • Regularly report on process performance and progress.
  • Prepare rosters and schedules for team agents.
  • Conduct call analysis and develop plans for process improvement.
  • Plan for process upgrades and ensure target KPIs are met.
  • Oversee teams to ensure daily inbound, outbound, and sales call targets are achieved.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations.
  • Manage daily and monthly attendance records for team agents.
