Outbound and Inbound Calls:
Make outgoing and incoming calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services and highlight their key benefits.
Clearly explain product features, pricing options, and ongoing promotions to clients.
Identify qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team when required.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets:
Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Monitor and record sales results using CRM software or other assigned tools.
Product Knowledge:
Keep up-to-date with the specifications, advantages, and updates of company products and services.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to ensure effective communication with clients.
Documentation:
Accurately document all client interactions within the CRM system.
Generate and submit periodic reports detailing sales activities and results.
