  • Personality: Smart, presentable, energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, broad-minded, and well-mannered.
  • Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), good typing speed, and familiarity with online order confirmation processes.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage client interactions and ensure a positive experience.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and provide information.
  • Deliver empathetic and productive experiences to callers.
  • Maintain strong client relationships from initial contact.
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments or team members.
  • Respond to inquiries via Messenger, WhatsApp, email, chat, or social media.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
  • Confirm orders placed on the company website and assist clients with order-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the database.
  • Participate in training to enhance communication and customer service skills.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, including data entry and Excel-related tasks, as assigned.
