  • Voice Quality: Must have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, and pleasant tone.
  • Listening Skills: Excellent listening abilities to quickly understand others' tones and needs.
  • Communication Skills: Oral fluency in Bangla and English, with a confident tone and well-structured conversation skills.
  • Personality: Smart, presentable, elegant, energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious. Must also be broad-minded and well-mannered.
  • Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, proficiency with MS Office packages, and good typing speed.



Responsibilities & Context

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with inquiries, scheduling, and general information.
  • Deliver a fully present, empathetic, and productive experience to callers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships from the initial contact.
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments or team members as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries via Messenger, WhatsApp, email, chat, or social media professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the company's database.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
