  • Prior Experience in designing offers and campaigns for e-commerce ventures.
  • A good solid understanding of online sales strategy.
  • Experience in the Beauty field is preferred, not mandatory.
  • Being a communication wizard and a team player.
  • The applicants should have experience in E-commerce, E-commerce Startup business.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design E-commerce campaigns with specific organization goals in mind.
  • Design offers, discounts, and product strategy to enable consistent growth.
  • Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and upper management where necessary to formulate a business Campaign strategy.
  • Research the market and competitors to identify offer trends, variations, and opportunities to improve offers and campaigns.
  • Distribute instructions and goals to other departments to execute operational and marketing activities to ensure sales consistency.
  • Coordinate on-site campaign activities and also look for opportunities to better the online experience for our visitors.
