Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed hospital.
Ability to assess patients before surgery, including reviewing medical history and evaluating anesthesia risks.
Skilled in administering and managing anesthesia during complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
Competent in monitoring vital signs and patient status throughout the entire operation.
Ability to provide effective post-operative pain management and ensure smooth patient recovery.
Provide anesthesia care for all cardiac surgical procedures.
Evaluate pre-operative cardiac patients and create anesthesia plans.
Manage intraoperative monitoring, hemodynamic stability, and airway management.
Perform and interpret TEE where applicable.
Provide post-operative care and pain management in ICU/CCU.
Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia and patient status.
Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
