Additional Requirements
Monitor the organization’s accounts and daily financial balances.
Ensure effective cash management by verifying the authenticity and accuracy of transactions before posting them in the software.
Safely maintain all vouchers and supporting documents.
Handle petty cash disbursements for various expenses.
Review and report the daily fund position to the designated authority.
Regularly update the concerned person at the end of each working day.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management, especially during peak periods.
Be prepared to travel outside Dhaka for cash verification when required.
If necessary, serve as a cashier at any branch in Bangladesh for one or two months.
