  • 3 years of work experience in a related field, including one year of experience in emergency response managing youth activity-based centers.
  • Demonstrable experience and skills in managing centers and organizing training sessions, workshops, meetings, and seminars.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong coordination, time management, and documentation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer operations and the MS Office package.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to apply technical and professional expertise.
  • Works effectively with others.
  • Communicates with impact.
  • Networking skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the training center, ensuring smooth logistics operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Foster coordination among supply chains, trainers, and participants to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the center, including its equipment and machinery.
  • Optimize the use of available resources to maximize the efficiency of center operations.
  • Introduce the project to communities through consultation meetings and interactive engagement sessions.
  • Mobilize and encourage active community involvement in project activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration with government and local stakeholders by organizing meetings to assess community-specific needs.
  • Implement tailored interventions that support long-term community development goals.
  • Ensure that the training center aligns with overall project objectives and contributes to achieving positive outcomes for the community.
