  • Manage and prepare all aspects of accounts in compliance with legal requirements, including IAS, BAS, IFRS, and relevant local laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, and investment management.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of proposal preparation and take necessary actions for approval.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external auditors (including special and internal auditors), tax authorities, and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare variance reports for product costing and conduct cost margin (CM) analysis.
  • Prepare project feasibility reports and regularly review project expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Provide various financial reports and information to higher authorities, management, and other departments within the company.
  • Steward cash balances by preparing and presenting cash forecasting reports.
