Chemist_Research & Development (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experiments to develop, refine, and enhance chemical formulations and processes.

• Assist in testing and evaluating raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Work closely with the R&D team to develop innovative solutions for product development and process improvement.

• Prepare technical reports, maintain research documentation, and present experimental results and findings.

• Ensure all research activities comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Keep up with the latest developments in chemistry and related technologies to support ongoing innovation.

• Validate and optimize manufacturing processes to maintain consistent product quality and improve production efficiency.

• Assess and approve new raw materials and packaging materials through laboratory tests, production trials, and performance evaluations.

• Develop, update, and maintain quality plans for new and existing products based on customer expectations and market demands.

• Coordinate production trials and monitor pilot batches to support the successful commercialization of new products.
