✔ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh VAT, Tax, NBR regulations, and SaaS business models.

✔ Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.

✔ Excellent analytical, decision-making, and execution skills.

Job Overview

We are a growing FinTech company operating in Bangladesh since 2018, specializing in software development, particularly NBR-compliant VAT management solutions, accounting software, and other digital products.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee sales, marketing, and business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to manage cross-functional operations across Sales, Technology, Customer Support, and Compliance, ensuring sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Operational Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee efficient operational processes across all departments, including sales operations, to ensure effective execution of organizational sales budgets and business objectives.

✔ Strategic Growth: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corporate strategies, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive cross-functional business execution.

✔ Product & Market Alignment: Ensure alignment between technology development, NBR compliance requirements, and customer satisfaction.

✔ Team Leadership: Oversee overall office management and lead the recruitment, mentoring, development, and management of high-performing teams across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Account Management.

✔ Financial & Risk Management: Supervise operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

✔ Strategic Partnerships & B2B Relations: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, tax consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities.
