Rank: Executive Vice President (EVP) to Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP)
Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budget and forecasts.
Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal controls.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the bank’s stability and solvency.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate financial performance to the authority, investors and other stakeholders.
Fixed Asset Management: Proven ability to manage the bank’s fixed assets including asset tagging and its amortization/depreciation.
Capital Management: Manage the bank’s capital structure and optimize its use.
Leadership & Others Affairs: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Stay updated on industry-specific knowledge and assist other departments/units within the functions and cross-functions.
