A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a bank or financial institution.

Serve as a strategic advisor to top management, contributing to executive-level decision-making.
Design and implement HR strategies that align with the bankâs vision, mission, and business objectives.
Prepare and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and reporting, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Drive employee growth through robust training and development programs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop effective workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies that place the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Lead employee relations and manage benefits administration, labor relations, and regulatory policy compliance.
Oversee employee engagement programs, including recognition systems, rewards, and career development initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Act as a mediator between staff and management to resolve workplace issues and conflicts effectively.
Champion a culture of inclusion by developing programs that foster diversity, equity, and respect across the organization.
Promote an environment where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Guide the HR team in establishing and refining policies, best practices, and procedures for talent management and employee relations.
Lead the design and implementation of a performance management system (PMS) to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and career progression.
