  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within export-oriented manufacturing, preferably in threads, garment accessories, textiles, or related industries.

  • At least 7–10 years in senior leadership positions with significant commercial responsibility.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding markets, and developing diverse customer portfolios.

  • Strong strategic mindset with proven commercial leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.

  • In-depth market knowledge of threads, garment accessories, and export-driven businesses.

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

  • Proactive, results-focused, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and targeted market share.

  • Develop and implement branding, pricing, promotional, and customer engagement strategies to strengthen Eco Thread’s competitive position.

  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key domestic and international clients to ensure retention and repeat business.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards through effective complaint management and service excellence frameworks.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and product positioning to enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to enhance pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and product development.

  • Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities to protect and expand market presence.

  • Drive market expansion initiatives by entering new geographies, targeting new customer segments, and establishing strategic partnerships.

  • Represent DBL Group at international markets, trade fairs, and senior-level customer engagements.

  • Lead export market development and diversify the customer portfolio to mitigate concentration risk.

  • Review and optimize the product portfolio, recommending new launches, improvements, or discontinuation based on market demand and profitability.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, performance tracking, and commercial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Manage sales and marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, cost optimization, and financial discipline.

  • Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused commercial team through effective leadership, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
