The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational excellence and strategic execution. Under this leadership, daily operations will become more efficient, structured, and data-driven. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage the organization’s day-to-day operations and core business processes.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to brand, management, marketing, and product development teams.
Lead the execution of new projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Track and evaluate operational performance by defining, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs and OKRs.
Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable and efficient business processes through process optimization.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance team productivity, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Actively participate in strategic planning and high-level decision-making alongside the leadership team.
