  • The candidate must be at least 40 years old.
  • Should have extensive experience in overall production, operations, merchandising, and factory management, including expertise in production, marketing, quality assurance, fabric processing, and dyeing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive the apparel business in alignment with the organization's clear vision and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new and existing apparel markets, ensuring effective customer acquisition and market coverage.
  • Strategize RMG product segmentation, customization, and innovation to cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Build and sustain customer loyalty by optimizing key account management and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Elevate the organization's apparel brand image through targeted brand engagement initiatives, community involvement, and strategic key customer interactions.
  • Ensure both top-line and bottom-line growth by increasing the value, volume, and revenue across the business portfolio.
  • Achieve business growth through both organic and inorganic strategies, driving sustainable expansion.
  • Optimize plant operations by effectively utilizing workforce, machinery, and materials while adhering to operational compliance standards.
  • Lead annual budgeting and provide strategic direction to business units to achieve operational excellence within financial parameters.
  • Oversee transformation and change management initiatives, driving impactful business projects to elevate the organization to new heights.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by enhancing the employment brand and implementing initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
