  • A proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as a CSO or equivalent in a reputable organization.
  • At least 20 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with significant experience in branding, particularly within luxury products or high-end or multinationals consumer products.
  • A history of recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams with a focus on professional growth and resilience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A master’s degree from a prestigious university; an MBA or an advanced degree is highly desirable. Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies that align with our corporate vision and objectives, ensuring that our approach positions us as a leader in the industry. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Market Insight Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to unveil opportunities for growth, enabling the company to stay ahead and adapt to emerging trends.
  • Innovative Sales Planning: Spearhead the design of creative and engaging sales plans tailored to various target markets, both locally and internationally, that resonate with customer needs and preferences.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the recruitment drive for top-tier sales talent, ensuring that our teams consist of qualified professionals equipped to excel. Develop and implement robust onboarding and training programs to foster continuous professional development.
  • Performance Management: Establish and maintain rigorous performance metrics to assess team effectiveness. Conduct regular evaluations to ensure that sales personnel meet and exceed set targets.
  • Motivation & Leadership: Inspire and motivate your sales teams to achieve their highest potential while creating a positive and empowering work environment. Foster collaboration among teams to help them share best practices.
  • Cross-Departmental teamwork: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, business development, and customer service to create seamless sales initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty from clients.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure effective documentation of sales processes, enriching our operational workflows with structured systems that enhance team performance and productivity.
