Ensure systems meet enterprise-grade requirements for scalability, resiliency, performance, and maintainability.

Own security governance in collaboration with stakeholders (secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management).

Drive predictable delivery through agile practices, metrics, and strong engineering management rhythms.

Implement high-maturity CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation to reduce lead time and improve reliability.

Lead incident response processes, postmortems, and operational improvements.

Own AI technical strategy, execution frameworks, and integration patterns across products.

Guide implementation of LLM/RAG systems with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess build/buy/partner decisions.

Partner with Product, Design, Sales/Customer Success, and Operations to translate business goals into executable technical plans.

Support customer conversations for enterprise architecture, security reviews, and technical escalations as needed.

Contribute to executive-level planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Lead hiring plans, organizational design, onboarding, and talent development to scale a high-performing engineering organization.
