Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), in Civil Engineering

Experience


  • 10 Year

Additional Requirements

  • Age between 35 and 40 years.

  • Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in structural design and site supervision.

  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

  • Must be a registered professional with RAJUK.

  • Full Membership of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) is required.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, and other relevant structural analysis and design software.

  • In-depth knowledge of BNBC, ACI, AISC, and other applicable structural codes.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare, review, and approve structural design calculations in accordance with BNBC and relevant international standards.

  • Develop, review, and finalize structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and related technical documentation based on approved architectural plans.

  • Ensure the structural safety, stability, and cost-efficiency of high-rise, residential, and commercial building projects.

  • Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, draftsmen, and site teams.

  • Conduct periodic and high-level site supervision to ensure construction work aligns with approved designs and specifications.

  • Coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, Planning, and Construction teams to resolve design and execution challenges.

  • Review construction methodologies and materials to maintain quality control and compliance with standards.

  • Efficiently manage remote project sites, ensuring smooth structural operations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare and verify structural submissions required for RAJUK approval and other relevant authorities.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Job Location: As per project requirements.
