Experience
We are a professional third-party facility management and cleaning service provider operating across Bangladesh. As part of our team, cleaners are deployed to residential, commercial, and industrial client locations based on service requirements. The role requires reliability, honesty, and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Cleaners must be flexible with duty hours, willing to work at different sites, and able to follow company guidelines, supervisor instructions, and safety protocols. Proper training will be provided.
Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Deep clean areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, floors, carpets, glass surfaces, and furniture as required.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
Handle client property with care and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned properly and on schedule.
Manage and restock cleaning supplies when needed.
Follow safety rules, proper chemical usage, and cleaning methods as trained.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at client locations.
Support additional cleaning tasks such as move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning when required.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for long periods.
Willingness to work morning, day, or evening shifts depending on client needs.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of cleanliness standards and hygiene practices.
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
