Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
Client Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing information about our healthcare services.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into appointments or consultations.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support.
