Client Relationship Officer

Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Preservation or Maintenance is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at Native/Near-native level.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to decision-making.

Good project management and organizational skills.

Generate new leads and identify opportunities to acquire potential clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

Manage vendor onboarding, assignment, and coordination.

Monitor vendor activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Support performance monitoring, data tracking, and regular reporting.
