  • 1+ years of experience in customer success management or equivalent role.
  • Work in a call center or similar organization
  • Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.
Mandatory Platforms, Software and Skills Experience (Mandatory):
  • Facebook Ads (Targeting, KPI’s, Data-based Decision Making)
  • Previously use Funnel Building Software
  • Sales -Must have sales experience over Phone or Zoom.
  • Direct-Response Messaging
Nice to Have Platforms, Software and Skills Experience:
  • Slack, Discord, Go High Level , WordPress, IELTS score is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

As a Client Success Lead (CSL) at Bhuyain It, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our products. We are searching for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client success experience, who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values.

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with Small to Medium Size organizations.
  • Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value delivers.
  • Proactively engage in strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Billing, and Operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly meet with clients virtually.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with the sales team to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of our product offerings and updates.
  • Uphold the values of our company in all interactions and decision-making processes.
  • Follow up with existing leads to close them.
