Byte Innovations is seeking a growth-driven leader who will serve as the architect of our business expansion. This person will spearhead client acquisition, business development, and partnership strategies while working closely with the Founder & CEO (People & Strategy) and CTO (Technology, Engineering & Delivery).
We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on professional who thrives in ambiguity, excels at building zero-to-one systems, and combines deal-making acumen with operational rigor. You will represent Byte Innovations in client engagements, investor meetings, and ecosystem collaborations, bridging technology and business to scale impact.
This is more than a job—it’s an ownership role. You will co-shape strategy, culture, and execution. In return for your expertise and commitment, you will receive a meaningful equity stake and a structured profit-share once revenues scale. With initial positioning, sales collateral, and a preliminary pipeline in place, the focus now is on institutionalizing delivery and driving sustainable growth.
Identify, pursue, and close international and domestic software and technology projects.
Build and manage pipelines across verticals including AI/ML, HRTech, HealthTech, FinTech, and e-commerce.
Develop competitive proposals, pricing models, and bid strategies for projects.
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships founded on trust and transparency.
Collaborate with the Founder/CEO on evolving the business model, diversifying services, and planning market entry strategies.
Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies for service lines such as Web & Mobile App Development, AI/ML, Consultancy, and SaaS.
Actively explore funding opportunities for business expansion using multiple approaches.
Oversee financial planning, revenue forecasting, and profitability tracking.
Contribute to investor pitches, funding negotiations, and corporate governance frameworks.
