Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain strong rapport and effective communication with overdue clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to overdue clients’ premises to facilitate recovery and encourage timely payment to avoid legal actions.
  • Continuously monitor Special Asset Management (SAM) clients to identify alternative funding sources.
  • Analyze the underlying causes of overdue accounts and take appropriate recovery actions based on those findings.
  • Investigate and assess SAM clients to identify vulnerabilities that can aid in the recovery process.
  • Regularly track and verify the current location and business status of SAM clients.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to trace absconding clients and work toward complete settlement or overdue recovery solutions.
  • Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from SAM clients and aim for full account settlement.
  • Monitor daily status of rental or installment cheques, including honor/dishonor, and follow up on payments accordingly.
  • Issue legal notices under the NI Act when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with branches and relevant departments such as Operations, Legal, and CRM.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Participate in group visits when required to support recovery efforts.
