• Overall supervision of printing, design, sampling, color management, and finishing processes.
• Supervise operators and helpers in the Flatbed Printing Section to ensure efficient workflow.
• Train staff on color management techniques and processes to enhance quality and consistency.
• Develop and implement daily production plans to achieve set targets.
• Formulate chemical recipes to produce various colors and dyes as per requirements.
• Create precise color formulas/recipes based on customer specifications, samples, and artwork.
• Ensure high-quality output and timely production of printing in alignment with the production plan.
• Calculate printing costs and suggest cost-effective solutions for optimal production.
• Identify and resolve color-related issues during production to maintain consistency.
• Ensure customer-approved designs and meet their requirements accurately.
• Handle and resolve complaints from both internal departments and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related problems to prevent production delays.
• Ensure fabric is print-ready within 24 hours of receipt in the Printing Section.
• Document color formulations and maintain a database for repeat orders.
• Submit complete cost recipes to the Audit Department at the end of each month.
