12- 15 years of experience in Factory Commercial Operations within the RMG industry.

Strong knowledge of Import, Export, Bond, Customs, and Banking procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Oversee all factory commercial operations, including Import, Export, and Customs compliance activities.
-
Manage Bond License, BGMEA, BKMEA, and Customs-related documentation and procedures.
-
Coordinate effectively with C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Banks, and other relevant stakeholders.

Ensure the timely clearance of raw materials and export shipments through customs.

Monitor and manage LC opening, PI, EXP, UD, and other essential commercial documents.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs, Bangladesh Bank, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Prepare commercial reports and provide management with accurate and timely operational updates.

Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
