Applicants must possess strategic-level experience in Commercial operations, specifically in Export, Import, and Bond management.
Should be proactive, energetic, self-driven, and well-organized, with a consistently positive mindset.
Must have solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic internet operations.
Prior knowledge of various types of interlining materials will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with bonded warehouse management and bond audit procedures will be preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and perform effectively under pressure, maintaining integrity and honesty at all times.
Prepare all relevant commercial documents for import and export processes.
Independently handle L/C operations, including documentation and communication with banks.
Manage procedures related to EXP forms, Bill of Lading (BL), LCA, and L/C amendments.
Oversee all tasks related to bonded warehouse operations, including bond certificates and compliance.
Ensure compliance with HS codes, Customs Act, Import & Export Policies, and relevant bond regulations.
Execute banking activities related to L/Cs, TTs, and FDDs, and follow up as needed.
Communicate effectively with customs authorities, banks, and C&F agents, both verbally and via email.
Maintain proper hardcopy records and registers for all commercial operations.
Prepare statements and reports as required by management.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
